How much work will I really have to do? How much time will this take?

Your success in the program is a two-way street. We will guide you every step of the way and bring you encouragement and support, but ultimately you have to show up. We teach a lifestyle that's meant to fit in with your life long term. This isn't a 90 day program that you finish and then you no longer have to make time for health routines, you don't stop the strategies we teach you once the program is over. It's important to acknowledge that we don't heal you, you heal you. We provide you with the best tools, practices, tips, advice, protocols available, but it's your responsibility to actively listen and take action.

How long will it take me to feel better?

The journey to feeling better varies from person to person. It largely depends on what your symptoms are, how depleted your body is, the root causes of your actual symptoms and your dedication to make changes. Properly prioritizing your health and supporting your hormones requires an investment of time, and many of our clients start to see major improvements in how they feel within 90 days. However, the work is not done at 90 days and we will equip you with the tools you need to continue to support yourself.

What happens once the 3 months is up?

After the 3 months is up and you still want us by your side, we offer a month to month 1:1 membership that you can join for $597 a month.

Can I order bloodwork? Will you review my bloodwork? What bloodwork do you recommend?

We are happy to review bloodwork done in the last 90 days OR you can order bloodwork through our lab affiliate at a local Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp. At a minimum, we encourage our clients to run a full thyroid panel which includes TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3, Total T4, Total T3, and both thyroid antibodies. In addition, we recommend our clients in the 35+ age group run a comprehensive metabolic panel including fasting insulin, A1C, lipids. Your coach will discuss with you additional blood markers on an as needed basis but this is not a requirement of the program.

I'm vegan / vegetarian. Is this program right for me?

We have not tailored this program specifically for vegetarians or vegans, and the meal plans do include animal products. In my experience, many women do well when they incorporate some animal protein in their diet, especially when it comes to hormone balancing. Animal proteins and animal fats provide the building blocks necessary for hormone production. Vegetarians & vegans – you are of course welcome to join. I fully respect your choices, however, please know we don't further customize a vegan or vegetarian meal plan but you’re welcome to adapt the meal plans to your own preferences.

Will 3 months be enough time to address my lab findings?

Expect to be continuing to address different aspects of your lab findings like mineral imbalances, improving your digestion, addressing any potential imbalances in the gut, beyond the 90 days that you work with us.

What about retesting?

We will not be retesting any labs during the 3 month program. If you want to retest labs, we have a monthly 1:1 membership option that you can join and continue to work with us after the 90 days.

Do I have to purchase supplements?

Yes, practitioner grade supplements are a part of your monthly protocols. Certain supplements are recommended to support drainage and detoxification, especially in preparation for a gut protocol. Depending on the results of your gut test, you can expect to be on gut related supplements for 30-60 days or 90+ days (ex. candida overgrowth is a longer protocol). Expect to spend $100 a month on average on your supplements. While we do take a food first approach, supplements are necessary to address gut issues, fine tune hormones, and replenish depleted nutrients.

Explain more about the strength training programming. Do I need access to a gym?

We will provide a 6 week strength training programming that you can utilize from home with dumbbells and bands, or at the gym. There will be 1 upper body focused day, 1 lower body focused day, and 1 full body day, plus a cardio optional day. This programming will be accessible via downloadable PDF including tracking sheets to keep track of your progress.

Are you providing 90 days of weekly meal plans? How "strict" is this program with eating?

We have a google drive that is jam packed with recipe ideas, sample meal plans, gluten free meal plans, high protein meal plans, but ultimately our goal is to teach you and empower you on how to fill your plate with balanced foods. We do not provide straight up 90 days of meal plans for you because after working with hundreds of clients, they are not sustainable and nobody follows a structured meal plan long term.

Do you work with people on semaglutides like Ozempic?

Yes we do! We are a semaglutide friendly program and believe that working on improving your gut health, eating habits, thyroid, hormones, and overall metabolism, will improve your experience while taking semaglutide and set you up for long term success. We can advise you on best practices to support your body and if you are considering taking a semaglutide, can refer you to a provider that can prescribe for you. We recommend microdosing semaglutides and find that those who microdose versus starting on the recommended .25 mg have less unwanted side effects and respond better to the medication.

Can I do this program if I have an IUD or had a hysterectomy and don't have a consistent cycle?

Yes, you certainly can!
